11/2011 – Group of 4 Exim and Kartago companies located in 4 different countries was transformed to holding structure. For this transformation purposers and its preparation for strategic partner investment, we valued shares in four Exim and Kartago companies located in the Czech republic, Slovakia, Poland and Hungary.
