12/2006 – CONNEX Východní Čechy a.s. acquired remaining 5% share in Městská autobusová doprava Kolín, s.r.o. and obtained 100% control over the company. For this transaction, we prepared expert opinion report with 5% share in Městská autobusová doprava Kolín, s.r.o. company valuation.
